While I am a bit late in posting this, I only recently discovered the news when visiting the n-Space website today while looking up a bit of information on the company. However, the president of n-Space, Erick Dyke, passed away last month after his battle with cancer. While I never knew Erick that well, if you have visited the writing section of the website and took a look at the game pitch documents I have there, you will notice that I had a small professional relationship with him in the past. It was actually through Erick that I learned a great deal about the game industry, how it works, and how to really begin taking a concept and turning it into something real. I may not have known him well, but I still wish to give a send off to someone who has had such a large impact on my professional life and goals as he did.
