Today, EverQuest has turned 10 years old, marking a full decade for the long-running, well known online game. This is a fantastic achivement, more so given that EQ is still running to these days, and I give props to everyone who has ever worked on the game. So, for all of you people who’ve worked on EQ, and to all of the EverQuest players out there – congratulations!

Not only that, but today has been marked as Sony Online Entertainment Day in San Deigo, due to the great success of the company, which brings an awful lot of work to the area. So, congratulations to SOE as a whole, no doubt you guys deserve it. I’ve played SOE games for a long time, and while there have certainly been highs and lows, I have long respected them as a company. So, kudos guys!
